On Day 4 of our vacation, we got up at sunrise to go see what we could find at the Lido Key Beach. Honestly, I didn’t find a whole lot and was sort-of wanting my lost sleep back. Alas, I did find a few shells and got to experience the quiet beach at sunrise. ;o)
My Aunt Marcie, who has been here visiting for the past week, initiated a family roller skating night this past Thursday. She has been on the East Coast, where skating is apparently the cool thing to do. I laughed at her at first, not thinking she was so serious, until they actually planned the skating [...]
On Day 3 of our trip, we made a stop at First Watch for brunch and ventured south to Venice, FL. I wanted to visit Caspersen beach, an undeveloped beach famous for pre-historic shark teeth. Back in July, Ryan and I made a just for fun video of our friends Jon & Laurie. Ryan did a winter video of them and decided we should do a summer version. We shot it in Indiana at sunset and it involved fun summer things like water, bikes, cornfields, and fireworks! :) Ryan did [...]
Back in July, Ryan and I had the privilege of filming an “engagement video” for the first time. Ryan came up with the idea based on other videos he has seen and Lindsey & Nick also thought it was a great idea. It was really fun to “interview” them about their love story and as [...]
Ever since I finished up my class last week, my to-do list has looked something like this:
